Hello, I am Sandi Morais, and I have a passionate for fitness. I have been a fitness professional for twenty-five years. As a Fitness Lifestyle Coach I help to guide my clients on their journey to wellness. I do a fitness evaluation with my client in order to design a workout program specifically for his or her needs. Part of my lifestyle coaching is also to teach my client how to become a Nutritarian.
(A Nutritarian is a person who naturally prefers the most nutritious foods for the body.)
I teach my client how to read the food label and buy foods with the highest amount of nutrients.
Because I have been a vegetarian for ten years and I believe in eating whole foods, I teach my client how to prepare healthy meals using some of the recipes from my Recipe for Life vegetarian cookbook.
I have created some of my favorite Divine Dishes, Super Soups, Live Juices, Sensational Salads and Tantalizing and the recipes are easy to prepare as 1-2-3. and these recipes can fit into any busy schedule.
